Our mission at the Well-Being Institute is to help you achieve the healthy, active lifestyle you deserve. We offer personalized fitness programs that take into account your individual needs, goals, and preferences. Whether you need help with weight loss, strength training or overall fitness, our experienced trainer will provide the guidance and support needed to attain your objectives. We can travel to you to offer personal training, or you can train at our gym, and ensure that your workout is convenient and effective. You'll enjoy a fitness program that is dynamic and engaging, designed to help you achieve your maximum potential.

What can you expect?

Our Personal Training service is designed especially for you. Whether you want to focus on weight loss or just getting into better shape, our trainer will work with you to create a program that meets your individual needs. We provide ongoing support to help you stay on track and reach your goals. We also offer nutritional support to help you make changes to your diet that will benefit your health and fitness.

We are based at Infinite Physique Gym in Bonaero park, Kempton Park and we also offer home training options where our personal trainer travels to train you in the comfort of your own home. Please note that the gym membership is not included in the prices below and are quoted separately.

"I wanted to grow in my faith but always fell short somewhere. At the time, I was unaware of the root of my problem, but God knows everything, and He knew what needed to be dealt with in order for me to grow closer to Him. He sent one of His best (Yvette) to help me realise my own worth, which I needed in order to love unconditionally.
