My Story
I was born to engage in physical activity and to look after my body. I love fitness – it’s my passion, its my LIFE. However, early in life I realized that this isn’t everybody’s thing. Personal trainers are a rare breed (and yes, contrary to popular belief, we also succumb to the allure of a plate of Koeksisters and a cheese burger every once in a while!) Most people acknowledge that they need to take care of themselves but it’s not their ‘be all and end all’. And that’s ok - I’m not going to try and change your mind.
What I am going to do, is listen to your fitness / health or weight loss goals. I am going to going to put together a programme to help you achieve them. I am going to support you and work with you, BUT – and it is a big BUT…I cant show you what’s possible, if you don’t take the first step and stay focused.
Physical training is more about the mind than anything else. You will have ‘off’ days when you just don’t feel like it or work / family – LIFE gets in the way of our training slot. That’s ok, its your choice. Just work harder in your next slot.
My programme is quick (20 – 30 minutes depending on the option), its (fairly) tough BUT you will see results and will FEEL amazing.

My personalised fitness programme can be done by you at home, office park, outdoor park or studio. I book 40min slots which include programme prep, warm-up, training and cool down. I come to you!
